Collection: Double Navette Earrings
The navette is Latin for little boat. The shape appears in Gothic tracery windows, medieval tile patterns, Romanesque stonework: a pointed oval that spans and holds, repeated across centuries of European architecture because the geometry works.
These earrings stack two navettes, smaller above, larger below, connected at center with a square focal bead at the junction. Horizontal struts cross the interior of each form, faceted rondelles marking the intersections. The outer edge of each navette is traced in seed beads. A glass connector sits at the crown. A drop hangs from the base.
The structure is the design. Wear yours where the geometry has room to read.
