Tree Agate Desert Dusk Necklace

Tree agate is a white chalcedony with dendritic inclusions of green chlorite or other minerals that read as branching, moss-like formations through the stone. It is not technically an agate, no banding, but the name stuck. Sourced primarily from India and Brazil.

Three rows of tree agate tablets step down the chest in a V, framed by loops of teal, periwinkle, and copper seed beadwork. White glass teardrops hang along the lower edge. At the base of the focal drop, a green glass teardrop that anchors the whole palette at the lowest point.

Pair it with a slate silk shirt, a sage linen dress, or a winter-white wool turtleneck. A deep V or scoop neck gives the rows room to lay.

For garden weddings, museum openings, or a spring evening that calls for something architectural.
