Collection: Jaali Necklace

A scalloped choker across the collarbone, with five vertical fringes descending beneath, each fringe a stack of small openwork diamonds, spaced by focal gemstones and ending in a weighted bead. The center fringe is longest, the side fringes shorter. You can see through every diamond.

The form takes its cue from jaali screens, the perforated stone latticework cut into the walls of Mughal architecture, designed to let air and light pass through while still providing cover. Wear yours with a v-neck or a wide scoop, where the openwork has clean skin to read against.
